I hope everyone had some special time with that significant other in your lives yesterday....or did like me...and spent yet another Valentine's Day alone BUT was okay with it as I managed to dodge Cupid's arrow! ;) I also had a really nasty cold and spent all day sleeping and staying doped up on Nyquil...and that's just oh so romantic, isn't it?!
Anyway, that's behind us now, and I'm starting to feel better so am ready to get back to work! I'll be available in Austin from around 4pm today and all the way until Sunday evening. I'm then heading down to SA to see some old friends and meet some new ones but will be back home in Austin on Wednesday afternoon.
I've been receiving several emails, comments, etc. about my gym stuff, but I apparently need more as I have yet to even go once yet. So, as I shamelessly admit that, I'm hoping to come back in a day or so with better news...like I actually went to the gym and am so sore...or I've already lost 5 lbs since I've adjusted my diet, increased my water intake, and have been going to the gym. Anyway...SOMETHING! Stay on me, though, because once I get going, I will easily get back into the routine of things. I used to be addicted to going and would be upset if I had to miss even one day. That was a few years ago, though, and I actually got "too little"...weighed about 98 lbs., had 12% body fat, which is too low for a female, and last but NOT LEAST, lost my boobs. There was no where else for the fat to come from so I literally went down to a size A when I'm normally a size C...the skin was still there, so they looked like little "raisins"...or "grandma boobs"...LOL. Anyway, that won't happen again, but I DO need to get back into a routine! Does anyone have any motivation techniques or things that you use/do for yourself to keep you going to work out???
Well, I'm back to work and would love to meet some of you. It really amazes me when I receive emails from some of you about my blog entries. I never know what to write, but I guess I'm doing an okay job so far. If not, then you could just skip it, I suppose.
Anyway, I'm in good spirits right now. Unfortunately, due to financial circumstances, I was once again not able to take classes this semester, but I can still attend in August without having to reapply so I'm really going to try to do that!
Also, I'm trying out a new menu option and that is the FBSM. I have one donation request for a FBSM ending in one of two ways and another donation for a FBSM ending in the best of all ways. I'm not sure how I'll like it, but I also have a roommate who is interested in trying that out some, and she IS a registered massage therapist. So, if interested, please email me!
