So, I try to be a cheerful little blogger but it's not the easiest thing. I think today is probably one of the top ten worst days of my life. I guess it could be worse...but it's not over yet...lol...no, not really laughing at all.
So, today was the deadline for me to call the "Repo Man" about my car. I was doing really good there for awhile with my saving...even got to over half of the goal. And then I had to make some decisions...and payments...in order to keep my place to live in...and THOUGHT I was going to get my money back when I loaned some to a friend in need...or want.... So, that was only $240, but I sure do need that back now. They say that you should be the friend that you want to have...well, I KNOW for a fact that I am NOT doing something right as I try to be a REALLY GOOD friend...sometimes to a fault...and then STILL get kicked in the ass while being robbed and raped at the same time. So, although I am NOT the happiest of campers right now, I AM the most cynical and jaded of them right now. However, I digress...so I talked to the Repo Man and was just straight up. So, I guess he appreciated that approach and worked out a plan with me. I won't have my car back for a few weeks still unless I win the lotto, which means I would have to play it to win it, but even so...it's a small ray of sunshine. I have to come up with a pmt tomorrow and then pay at least that amount every week until the goal is reached. It could take a week or it could take up to six weeks...the sooner the better. So, on that note, I WILL be having some kickass specials going on to help me reach my goal...AND to symbolize how I always choose the wrong people with whom to spend my time and then always get KICKED IN THE ASS afterwards...yyyeeaahhh. Karma, Karma, anyone?!? :|
