Wow, I am amazed at the support that I have received thus far and now better really do it, huh?! ;)
Well, I started the Wu-Yi tea thing today. I was preparing for it to taste like crap, but it's just like a normal glass of iced (or could be hot) tea. I don't think it helped that I drank it to wash down my leftover pizza...really LOL...but baby steps!
I had a little exercise earlier today...well, if you count chasing my lab down the street and dragging him home...I DID get winded! ;) Well, I guess I'll do something else, too, just in case that one doesn't count.
And last but not least, NO PARTAKING of [insert my bad habit here] today and am doing just fine. Good start...now, I won't lie...I'm dragging ass and pretty wiped but know that that is part of the process when you are trying to shake something such as this!
Thanks for the support, and keep it comin' as it really does encourage me! I am scared at this point as I have always had to be doing something "bad", but I just want to get this phase over with (I managed to avoid it in my 20s) and learn how to love myself, take care of myself, and treat myself as good as I treat others!
